Arista Labs uses subprocessors—third-party service providers that process personal data or User Content on our behalf to operate the SMEme platform. This page lists the subprocessors we use today. We update it when vendors change.
Where reasoning runs: The automated reasoning engine evaluates published workflows on application servers hosted by Render Services, Inc. It does not run on OpenAI or other foundation-model APIs. OpenAI is used only for separate AI-assisted creator features, such as drafting workflows or generating memos.
AI provider data handling: Content sent to AI-assisted creator features is not used to train the providers' models and is subject to limited retention before deletion, under our agreements with them.
