This Privacy Policy explains how Arista Labs, LLC (“Arista Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the hosted SMEme service at smeme.ai and related Arista-operated websites, APIs, and managed endpoints (collectively, the “Service”). SMEme is the product name for the Service only; it is not a legal entity.
Self-hosted deployments are outside this policy. If you run SMEme Core on your own infrastructure, Arista Labs does not receive your instance data under this Privacy Policy and is not the controller of that processing. Information you send to Arista-operated services (for example account signup on smeme.ai, paid support, or managed hosting) is covered by this policy for those services only. Self-host operators must publish their own privacy notice for end users of their deployments.

These providers process information on our behalf subject to contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to their role.
AI provider data handling. Content submitted to AI-assisted features—for example, the prompts and reference material used to draft workflows—is sent to our artificial-intelligence API providers solely to return results to you. Under our agreements with these providers, that content is not used to train their models and is subject to limited retention before deletion. Artificial-intelligence providers are not used for the deterministic reasoning evaluation of deployed workflows.
A current list of subprocessors is maintained on our Subprocessors page. We update that page as vendors change.
